1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for products that are defective, damaged during delivery, or not as described. To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Returns
Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

4. Refunds
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned item and inspect it.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
6. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as undergarments and accessories that have been used or worn cannot be returned.
